Rick Wilfong is a physician strategy expert. As a consultant, writer, speaker, and entrepreneur – Mr. Wilfong helps physicians grow and develop their practices. Rick has over 20 years of health care management and consulting experience in the hospital, post-acute, and physician practice settings. He holds a B.S. Degree, with a dual major in Health Care Administration and Economics, and an M.B.A. Being an entrepreneur himself, Mr. Wilfong understands first hand what it takes to run a business. He is a member of ACHE, TMM, THEF, MGMA, NCMGM, and TCAR. Rick’s primary focus is top line revenue development, because he understands this to be the number one key to success in most clinics. He believes that costs will continue to rise and payers will continue to reduce reimbursement. Therefore, Mr. Wilfong believes the only answer is to grow volume and revenue.
